Our shipping policy is designed to be transparent, ensuring your blueprints, apparel, and tokens arrive ready for battle. All orders ship from our workshop in Batavia, Ohio.
1. Order Handling, Processing & Minimums
Because many of our items—including custom laser-engraved tokens and specific apparel—are produced in small batches or on-demand, we require a standard handling time to ensure quality control.
- Minimum Order Value: Minimum order value: $50.00.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
- Order Processing Time: 2-2 business days (Monday – Friday).
2. Transit Times & Delivery
Once your order has been forged and inspected, it is handed off to our carriers. Transit times are estimates based on your chosen shipping method at checkout.

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily utilize USPS, UPS, and DHL for our logistics. We ship from Batavia, Ohio. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address automatically.

We ship worldwide to ensure nerds everywhere have access to our gear. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your gear arrives damaged in transit or fails to arrive within the estimated window, please contact us immediately at our support email. We will investigate the logistics and ensure you are taken care of.
